Gulf Construction constructed a new recreational pavilion at Graham Creek Park under a direct contract with the City of Foley.

Project Overview
Gulf Construction contracted directly with the City of Foley to construct a new pavilion at Graham Creek Park in Foley, Alabama. The project is an example of our public-sector construction experience and our ability to deliver a complete structure with our own workforce.
Site Work and Concrete
Our crews performed the site work and concrete portions of the project, establishing the construction area and completing the concrete work required for the pavilion. Handling these activities in-house allowed our team to coordinate the early stages of construction with the building work that followed.
Building Erection, Framing and Roofing
Gulf Construction also erected the metal building components, completed framing, and installed the roofing. The same company performed the work from initial site activities through the structure and roof, rather than subcontracting the principal construction scopes.
Municipal Contract and Self-Performance
This was a direct prime contract with the City of Foley, and Gulf Construction self-performed 100% of the construction scope. It demonstrates our ability to manage a municipal project while supplying the field labor and supervision necessary to execute the work.
